Nexus 850, a cruiser manufactured in the NORTHMAN shipyard, is our response to the growing demand of the tourist market for displacement motor yachts.
Its features were appreciated during its first demonstration at the Wind & Water 2012 Boat Show, where it won the first prize ("Wind & Water Nail Award") in the middle-sized motor yacht category.
Nexus 850 features a modern shape with a comfortable sun deck and an interesting interior. All this provides the user with comfort, which in combination with high-quality accessories, ease of use and low fuel consumption, makes it a special unit.
Thanks to the low waterline and an especially designed underwater part, Nexus 850 is a uniquely controllable and predictable vessel both during manoeuvring in ports and cruises in difficult conditions. Standing height of more than 1.9 m and a spacious mess with a big galley and toilet are just some of the many accommodation values of Nexus. The yacht interior is equipped with many cupboards, stores and lockers for comfortable stowage and sailing autonomy.
Integrated swim platforms, functional cockpit with a folded bimini cover and a sun deck make Nexus 850 a yacht comfortable both for accommodation and rest in the nature. Protruding swim platforms ensure additional security of the soundproof engine. It was placed in a laminated well and covered with a soundproofing flap and thus we managed to reduce the noise inevitable on motor yachts. An additional advantage is wide halfdecks which facilitate communication on the vessel. A spacious cockpit with flap seats is noteworthy too. Two double berths and an additional double berth in a mess room obtained upon lowering the table ensure six sleeping spaces. The cockpit is spacious enough for up to 10 people.
