At the end of 2012 we completed the expansion and modernization of our shipyard.
With grants and our own resources we were able to design and finish process lines in objects of over 5 thousand sq m of area in total.
Due to a deep analysis of technology and customer needs, and applying modern solutions, we managed to create the perfect conditions for boat designing and building. Currently, we meet the highest quality standards while reducing production costs. Thanks to that, we are able to offer exceptional yachts to our customers.
In the modernized facility we separated zones and rooms adapted to the needs of the following departments:
- gelcoat spray booth
- varnish spray booth
- carpentry shop
- laminate shop
- final assembly
- ironworks
- CNC cutting and machining
- carpentry shop
- quality control post with a pool and a sprinkler
- cutting and initial assembling of laminates
- yacht installations and motors
Our shipyard entered the year 2013 with modern infrastructure and changes in designs and equipment, which gave birth to the second generation of boats produced by us. The conclusions drawn from the expansion to global markets and testing our products in all climatic and supply conditions have been taken into account in redesigning of installations, as well as in choosing the best suppliers in the industry. From that point on, we design, describe and list each part, even a custom one. This allows our design team to deliver to the user, along with a yacht, a personalized user manual and diagrams of installations and equipment.
This lets us easily send our products to the most remote corners of the world, such as South America, Japan, Africa or Siberia. At the same time, we are able to undertake all the tasks related to fitting owner-version boats with any equipment and arranging it accordingly to our customers' wishes which are limited only to their imagination.
